Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni was an American actor best well-known for his part in the well-known television series Law & Order Special Victims Unit'. He discovered his love for acting during his time in school and then pursued acting studies in the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has been in TV and films, however it was his small-screen characters which gained him fame as well as an enormous fan base. He's been able easily play characters on both sides of the law to grab an audience's interest. He portrayed the role of a serial murderer in the first TV series he appeared in however he later chose to take on the role as an NYPD detective. The small screen performances of his have been recognized with multiple Emmy Awards nominations and PRISM Awards. He is known by his blue piercing eyes, which have turned into a signature and helped portray tough characters with charisma. People's magazine listed him as one of the Sexiest Men Alive for 2006.
